Picture Perfect Affairs is a charming and exclusive small event venue that offers a comprehensive range of services to create unforgettable experiences. Nestled in a picturesque setting, Picture Perfect Affairs is designed to cater to intimate gatherings, such as weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, and corporate events, accommodating up to 60 guests. At Picture Perfect Affairs, convenience and personalization are at the forefront. The venue provides an all-in-one solution, eliminating the need for clients to coordinate with multiple vendors. The experienced event planning team takes care of every detail, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for clients. The venue boasts a beautiful indoor space with elegant décor, customizable to suit the theme and preferences of each event. The intimate ambiance and attention to detail create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. To enhance the experience further, we provide a range of optional services, including professional photography and videography, floral decor, event coordination, and photo booth services for guests. These services can be tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client. Whether it's an intimate wedding celebration or a private gathering, Picture Perfect Affairs offers a one-stop solution, combining a beautiful venue, exceptional services, and meticulous attention to detail. On-Site Events
Picture Perfect Affairs is an intimate venue with seating accommodations for up to 65 people. Each booking comes with the option to add our photo booth with custom overlay, backdrop and unlimited digital photos which can be shared instantly. We provide event décor, linens and all your needs in one location.  Your booking comes with table and chairs, chafing dishes, Bluetooth speaker, Wi-Fi, and a grass wall backdrop.  Our rates for a 4 hour rental starts at $450. Street parking and a municipal parking lot is available.

 You can select from one of our catering services or bring your own food. We also provide DJ services as well.
Event Décor & Planning
Planning an event can be very challenging for some people, but not for us we love it. Let us help you eliminate the stress of decorating, managing and putting on your event. The owners of PPA have over 20 years of event planning and project management experience. We have experience in planning a weddings, conferences, concerts and more.  Through our vendors we are able to provide all your décor needs from basic things like linens, balloon arches, to furniture We are your one stop shop in event planning and décor.   We also provide servers for your events. Onsite services start at $400.

Photography Services
Picture Perfect Affairs is able to provide photography services for every occasion in addition to providing branding packages, maternity shoots and family portraits. Our team has years of experience. Our on-site rates start at $225 for a one hour photo shoot with edits and unlimited outfits within the 60 minute time frame.  Each additional hour is $150.  We also provide event photography for your special occasion.   Contact us to get more information about our photography services.

Professional DJ Services
Everyone knows that the DJ can make or break any your event. That is why we offer the best DJ's in the area that can play to any crowd and for any occasion.   Our team of DJ's have over 20 years of experience working school events, corporate and private events. We  provide add on services such as monitors, fog machines, and lighting. Rates start at $500. Contact us to get a custom quote for your event. 

Micro Weddings, Weddings, Day of Coordinator
Picture Perfect Affairs is able to provide you with everything that you need for that special day. Your wedding should be a special day, and you should not have to worry about managing the events and people leading up to the day.  Let our professional team put you at ease and help you plan the wedding of your dreams.  It doesn't matter how big or small your budget you deserve to have that picture perfect day. 

Our on-site micro wedding services is your one stop shop for the perfect day. We provide everything to make your day special from the officiant to the photographer.  We have packages that start at $3000.

I attended a couple of events here and I really like this place! The décor is nice and inviting. The owner has done an amazing job maximizing the space, which makes this intimate space feel so much bigger! It's located downtown and I never had an issue with finding parking. Most important, the owner is very pleasant to communicate with and she goes out of her way to create amazing events! I will definitely be back!
